Meet Nav Singh of Domaine Simha and hear the stories behind the wines while exploring a selection from one of Tasmania’s most respected small producers.

Our full à la carte menu will be available, alongside a special shared set menu by the Poly kitchen ($120pp). Add a Domaine Simha wine pairing ($65pp) or choose from a full by-the-glass selection of Simha wines.

Zareh takes over Poly

Broadsheet Dine Out Festival

For one night only, Melbourne chef Tom Sarafian brings his acclaimed restaurant Zareh to Poly.

Named after Tom’s grandfather and inspired by a lifetime of family recipes, travel and hospitality, Zareh is built around the flavours of Armenian and Lebanese cooking, shaped by journeys through North Africa and the Middle East. For this special takeover, Tom and his team will transplant the entire Zareh experience into the Poly kitchen.

Expect food cooked over live fire, Armenian and Lebanese wines, and a soundtrack personally curated by Tom. It’s a celebration of family, tradition, generosity and great hospitality, delivered through one of Australia’s most exciting chefs.

Bookings are for a shared $99 per person set menu with beverages charged on consumption.
